The programme progressed from campaign planning, to rule-based workflow automation, and then to AI-assisted content generation with quality checks and human review.

05What Was Delivered

Training materials and direct teaching/demonstrations covering campaign planning, workflow automation and AI-assisted content workflows. n8n workflows were built and demonstrated using business rules, Google Sheets, email automation, AI-generated content and execution logs in a training environment.

06Evidence & Outcomes

This note documents programme scope and training delivery. Production adoption and post-training business impact have not been established.
